I think banning did not work from the dialog initiated by a flag report the first time. It worked here after initiating the ban from the offending post. I think the post should be removed from visibility though. Both the mod user and the banned user can see the post like normal with a message saying it was removed. Maybe others can’t see this? It still shows up when not logged in to any account.
