Your statement should be a little nuanced. Not all Europeans are known for colonisation. People in Eastern Europe and some countries from Central Europe were colonised by Russians, Austrians and Turks. I wouldn’t say Slovaks, Serbians, Greeks or Bulgarians are known for destroying countries and building colonial empires, ar least not in the last hundreds of years.
