Steps to reproduce:

1. Create community
2. Appoint someone else as mod
3. Transfer community to them
4. Visit community main page and in the sidebar click on “Leave mod team”

Expected results:

• I leave the mod team

Actual results:

• Error: “SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data”
