Steps to reproduce:

  1. Receive a notification
  2. Click on the check mark to mark it as read

Expected behavior:

The notification disappears and is hidden

Actual behavior:

The notification is marked but does not disappear until a manual refresh.

This behavior is different from v0.17.4

    now took more time, about 15 seconds also on Firefox 112.0.1 (linux)
