I love naps but for me it’s like those arcade games where you’re timing a button press. Too short or too long I feel groggy for a variable amount of time, if I somehow time it just right, I get up and I immediately feel refreshed.
I set a timer for 35 minutes for mine

Nah, it was either dreamless sleep, or I forgot the dream immediatelly.
