I had moved on to other games in the Hiatus between 1.1 and 1.2, but did try 1.2 for a bit, but I didn’t fully click, and now there just seems to be so much more that it’s not the same game I loved during high school. Still rad, but Terraria 1.1 is a separate game to me.
I have right at 400 hours in Terraria, and that was all before the 1.2 version
That sounds like a blast! I had so much fun making my own signature and exploring what people had done with theirs.

My memory probably is more of early Web 2; I was born in the late 90s, so I suppose I missed the really wild west days.
Flash games were great though; it seemed like every company that even slightly catered to people under 30 had a website with some game on it.
I did go find 1.1 a month or so ago and it was a joy to relive that
